PART-TIME ASSISTANT (Flanders Investment & Trade / Belgian Embassy – Prague)

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in international trade while still studying? Join the small and dynamic team of Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) in Prague and work on real projects connecting the Czech Republic and Flanders. FIT is a government agency of the Flemish region of Belgium. We support Flemish companies entering the Czech market and help Czech companies expand to Belgium.

Náplň práce

  • Work closely with the Head of Office on a daily basis
  • Handle office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Communicate with Czech and international companies
  • Conduct company research and market analysis
  • Assist with organizing trade missions and events
  • Work with databases (data entry and validation)
  • Manage emails and phone communication

Požadavky

  • A student in the final stage of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or a recent graduate (ideally in business / international relations)
  • Native-level Czech and good command of English, both spoken and written (Dutch is a plus)
  • Someone organized and reliable who can manage multiple tasks and stay flexible
  • Comfortable communicating by phone and working with people
  • Independent but also a team player (we are a small team of two)
  • Basic user knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, etc.)

  • Fixed-term part-time contract under a DPČ agreement, from June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027
