Global Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

Zdravím, Jsem bývalým absolventem PEF ČZU v Praze a nyní pracuji na pozici Marketing Operations manager v mezinárodní společnosti Ansell. Do svého týmu bych chtěl nabrat mladého a talentovaného specialistu/specialistku na Marketing Automation.  Vím, že znalost na českém trhu je v tomto oboru je malá (sám jsem tím prošel), proto jsme otevřeni i někomu zapálenému koho zaučím(e). Náplň práce

  • Reporting into the Manager – Global Digital Marketing Operations, this position will be responsible for supporting the technical set up, training and implementation or all marketing Operations tools specifically Marketing Automation.
  • Support the regions with their digital marketing strategies and initiatives, leveraging the fully capabilities of our automation platforms and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
  • Ensure all automated systems included Marketo and Salesforce are functioning and syncing together at full capacity, while looking to optimize their capabilities to best suit Ansell.
  • Support, train and guide the regional digital specialists with any questions or issues they face and ensure they are following correct governance on all automated systems. This includes running training sessions and developing and sharing best practices.
  • Responsible for approval flows and governance of the Marketing Automation platform.
  • Analyse data into meaningful results that can be used to optimize content and the user experience for the customer.
  • Ensure appropriate success metrics (KPIs) are clearly defined and implemented, and leverage metrics to track performance of new campaigns, products and initatives. 
  • Subject matter expert on Digital Technologies and Strategies, specifically Automation and CRM. Research and stay informed on best practices, new technology and up-to-date on direct and indirect competitors. 
  • Collaborate with central digital to govern and foster regional marketing team’s adoption of tools across Ansell automated ecosystem.
  • Tools includes:
    • Marketing Automation
    • Webinars and other Operational platforms
    • CRM 
    • Analytics
    • and any other related current and future systems.

Požadavky

  • Deep experience across marketing automation and customer engagement to optimize and maximize performance and results.
  • Preferred: Certified level knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce (or other Marketing Automation and CRM platforms), including how the two systems function together.
  • Expertise with data and analytics of marketing operations measurement methodologies; proficiency in statistics and reporting
  • Deep experience with technical set up and knowledge of MarTech platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
    Thought leader in digital technology, with the ability to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital space; including being across new and updated technology in marketing automation and CRM, as well as other digital and marketing channels.
  • Exceptional English verbal/written communication skills; outstanding negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans and key performance indicators to report on the health of each project
    Collaborate with cross-functional areas (IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance) and third-party vendors throughout project definition and execution.
  • Excellent leadership skills to guide and manage users of the platforms around the world. Able to build relationships with key individuals necessary for collaboration
