Junior Treasurer - part-time (DPP/DPČ)

Náplň práce

  • Reports to Group Treasurer
  • Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relations with all banks while managing a ‘master-list’ of all APS bank accounts
  • Maintain list of APS users with access rights and regularly reflecting changes across organisation
  • Responsible for opening new bank accounts, holding copies of notarised forms of ID’s/passports of all relevant APS staff
  • Management & responsibility for ensuring all internal & external loans are managed effectively
  • Responsible for weekly reconciliation of all bank transactions across holding level
  • Treasury support for audit
  • Support Group Treasurer with Cashflow forecast for group & Investment Fund
  • Support Group Treasurer in managing cash need within the group
  • Responsible for arranging group insurance

 

Požadavky

  • Finance/Business 2nd or 3rd year university student. Second year student in case of post-graduation (possibility of full-time employment upon graduation)
  • Economic and finance knowledge
  • Very Good MS Excel functions like (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, IF, SUMIF, CONCAT, LEFT, MID, RIGHT)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Czech is not necessary)
  • Dynamic personality with positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decision making skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative
