Náplň práce

With this program, you will be better equipped to determine which teams within SAP best align with your passions and career goals. Before completion of the program, you will be considered for placement within the company long-term, either in a team you rotate into or a similar team. To date, 90% of participants have been placed in one of these teams.

This accelerator program is for recent graduates with strong curiosity and applicable experience in Software Development, Design, or Technical Software Support. Cohorts start on March 1st, 2023.

Požadavky

Required Qualifications:

  • Education or relevant practical experience in Software Development/Engineering, IT technologies, or Design (Bachelor, Master, Community College, and Bootcamps welcome to apply)
  • Must graduate no later than 2023
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience
  • Fluent in English; written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work from Brno

Role-Specific Qualifications: 

  • Developers: knowledge in general programming languages: C/C++, C#, R, Java, JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, HTML, Spring Boot, APIs, or Go and hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions, Docker and Linux experience is a plus
  • Designers: knowledge in user experience and product design and hands-on experience with Sketch, Figma, InDesign, rapid prototyping, interaction design, and current design portfolio displaying past design projects/prototypes front end coding is a plus
  • Support Engineer: Good understanding of IT technologies and architecture.  Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and debug technical issues while working together with customers’ technical teams and our Development Support colleagues. Database/SQL or OS (Linux, Windows) or ABAP experience is a plus.
